Why NoveltyHR
I rebranded and relaunched as NoveltyHR in March 2023 with a simple bet: HR can be serious and still feel human. Honesty, dignity, courtesy, and respect aren’t wallpaper. They’re how the work gets done. The gaming vibe — level up, play to win — is the personality. The infrastructure is the product.
Outside the work
I’m usually outdoors, fishing, making custom T-shirts for friends and family, or with my two kids. Breast cancer and mental health awareness matter to me, and that shows up in how I think about workplaces that people can actually stay in.
